This website is operated by Blaqq Aviation (“Blaqq”, “we”, “us”). Blaqq is an invitation-only private aviation membership platform currently in its founding development phase. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

When you submit an enquiry, we collect the information you choose to share, which may include:

• Your full name and email address (required)
• Your phone number
• Your role and how you currently access private aviation
• Your current aircraft, if applicable
• The membership and additional interests you select
• How you heard about Blaqq and any message you include

Please do not include sensitive personal information, such as financial or health details, in your enquiry.

To understand how the website is used, we collect limited, anonymous usage information: pages viewed, time spent on a page, referring website, device type, browser, operating system, and approximate location (country and city) derived from your connection. We do not store your IP address.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. A random identifier is kept in your browser’s local storage so repeat visits can be counted; it contains no personal information and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings. Analytics are not collected when your browser sends a “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signal.

When you submit an enquiry, the approximate location of your connection (country and city) is recorded alongside it.

We use the information you provide to review your enquiry, respond to you, arrange introductory conversations where appropriate, and understand prospective member requirements as Blaqq develops. Usage information is used only to maintain and improve the website.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to operate this website, each of which processes information only on our behalf:

• Vercel — website hosting and aggregate site analytics
• Neon — secure database storage of enquiries and usage information
• Resend — delivery of enquiry notifications by email

These providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate.

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to consider and respond to your introduction and to maintain a record of our correspondence, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Anonymous usage information is retained for analytical purposes.

Information is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access restricted to authorized members of the Blaqq team. No method of transmission or storage is entirely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information entrusted to us.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have shared, or to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. To make a request, contact us through the enquiry form and mention “Privacy request” in your message.

This website is not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
